On Roman clock faces, “IIII” is often used in place of “IV” for the “4 o'clock” (excuse me 04:00 or 16:00 per ISO9000 🙂 !). This is apparently because “IV” is an abbreviation for “Jupiter” in Roman times. Costcois selling them for $499 vs a SE for $409. I got a refurbished series 5 after the announcement. Nothing about the series 6 was worth an extra $200 to me, and I did want the always on display. Ill give you an example. TheAOD was the only reason I bought the S6 instead of the SE. The SE would‘ve been all I need but the missing AOD was a no go for me. I usually wear mechanical watches and cannot stand having a blank black display at my wrist. I have to charge once every 12 hours with minimal notifications. Just my own experience with both my Apple watches. Raise to wake turns my S5 into a 12 hour battery and my S2 into a 24 hour battery. I find similar times on my watch SE gen 1. But the Bluetooth connection Yep 36 hours has always been a “constant”. I have just updated to watch 09 and was surprised to see that after 36 hours I still had 25% battery left. I was much surprised!! Nobody can say how long YOUR battery will last because every person has a different use. Find your own level. Yes it is. You can disable AOD in the watch settings.
